CMNTY is more than a co-work, it’s a joint initiative by Changers Hub, AMF Fastigheter and Kehitys to create a new kind of meeting ground in the city. Rooted in Moodkvarteret, CMNTY gathers entrepreneurs, creators and social innovators not only to work and share ideas, but to reimagine how an entire district can grow into the future.

For AMF Fastigheter, the mission is long-term: investing in platforms that are active in the present while securing value for tomorrow. CMNTY is that partner, turning representation and vision into consistent activations that attract people, strengthen identity and expand the city’s relevance.

Kehitys’ role in CMNTY is to complement Changers Hub’s social sustainability with our expertise in culture, communication and place activation. As part of the project group, we ensure that activations, partnerships and storytelling align with the city’s needs, making Moodkvarteret more inclusive, attractive and future-ready.
